What is a IBO?


An IBO is a Independent Business Organization that is apart of the Arise network to provide agents for inbound Customer Service Support. Arise only accepts Agents who starts their own LLC (IBO) or joins with a existing one. Because starting you own LLC can come at a additional expense, let us help you. We've handled all the paperwork so you don't have to!


Am I required to be a legal resident of the U.S. to work within the Arise Network?


Yes, you are required to be a legal resident of the U.S. and at least 18 years of age. You will also be required to complete a criminal background check.


At this time, the states of California, Connecticut, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Oregon and Wisconsin are closed for sourcing purposes.

What opportunities are available within the Arise Network?


You will provide inbound customer service, technical support, chat support and sales support for different Fortune 500 companies from the comfort of your home. The revenue is based on flat hourly rates, per call rates and talk time. The pay will average from $9-$15/hr (some are higher) depending on the client you choose to certify with.

How long is certification course training?

Certification courses can range from 2-7 weeks, depending on the client. You will learn from a live instructor 2 - 4 hours a day, Monday-Friday from the comforts of your home.

How long before I can start servicing?

You can start servicing the client after you successfully complete your certification course, which averages 2-7 weeks. You will have the flexibility to schedule your own hours based on the client's weekly requirement which averages 10 to 20 hours a week. You can always choose to work additional hours if they are available.

Are there any discounts for military individuals?

Yes, if you are military affiliated, you may be able to select an opportunity at a discounted price.

Will I be responsible for my own taxes?

Yes, you will receive a 1099 at the end of the year and we suggest you contact a tax professional on how to govern this aspect of being self-employed.

Grace Modern Financial will provide you online access you to your paystubs and send you free resources on how to manage your 1099 income.  Grace Modern Financial LLC will also provide you access to Tax preparer at a discounted rate.


Can I have more than 1 job or contract position with Arise?

Absolutely. As long as the position is not a conflict of interest and you can maintain your servicing requirements with your client.

Why does Arise charge a semi-monthly servicing fee?

The ARISE® service fee is charged for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the ARISE® 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® scheduling system and accounting services. Arise’s semi-monthly service fee is currently $19.75 and is deducted twice a month from your invoice. No fee is charged until the first invoice period after you've begun servicing your first client.

Grace Modern Financial will waive your Arise semi-monthly fee if you service a minimum of 20 hours per week.

Why Does Grace Modern Financial LLC charge a semi-monthly servicing fee?

To cover the cost of doing business. Our service fee of $15.00, will cover the cost of benefits, providing full support to you via the admissions process, certification phase and throughout the time of our partnership and offers you the flexibility to service clients without having to incorporate.
